Brown Sugar Body Scrub
Exfoliate. You want to exfoliate to open your pore so your skin can better absorb the ingredients from you Body Wrap.
Items needed:
Coconut or Olive Oil
Brown Sugar
Essential Oil (optional)

- 1 part coconut or olive oil,
- 2 parts brown sugar (finely ground),
- 2 drops of an essential oil ( tea tree is recommended).
- Apply using a loofah or your hands and rub a generous amount of the scrub over your whole body in a circular motion. Be sure to focus spending extra time on rougher areas like elbows and heels.
Rinse thoroughly to cleanse the skin. Do not use a moisturizer after using this scrub.
Now you are reading for your BODY WRAP.

HERBAL TEA BODY WRAP
Items Needed:
Herbal Tea (chamomile is suggested)
Old Sheet
Saran Wrap
Preparation
- To make a herbal body wrap, prepare your herbal tea hot and strong – (chamomile is great for body wraps).
- First fill your sink with the hot herbal tea. Soak an old sheet in the tea. Wring out as much tea as you can and then wrap the hot sheet around your body, leaving your head and arms uncovered.
- Wrap enough plastic wrap around the sheet to hold it in place. The wrap should be firm enough to keep the sheet against your body, but not so tight that it’s constricting in any way.
- Lie down on the old towels you placed on your air mattress or in the bath tub and wrap these around the plastic wrap as well. Set a timer for 20 minutes and then simply relax while the body wrap does its work. Remember to take regular sips of water during your wrap.
- When your 20 minutes is up, unwrap yourself and rinse off in a warm shower.

Items Needed:
Dried Seaweed Leaves
Saran Wrap
- Soak Seaweed in water to make soft and pliable
- Exofoliate using the Brown Sugar Skin Rub and take warm shower
- Place seaweed leaves lengthwise along entire abdomen area and secure with Saran Wrap so that it is held securely.
- Keep Seaweed Body Wrap on a minimum of 30 minutes to 60 minutes
- Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration as seaweed has a strong diuretic effect
Remove Saran wrap and seaweed leaves. Enjoy your smaller more toned waist.
