I'm on this BBQ jones fiendin'

arched eyebrows small

bandannas on their thunderdomes

nails color brushed in Mother Earth tones

smiles engaged in chiseled dimples

'bout to get me in trouble

itty bitties with nipples

Pick one person that you have always wanted to tell something positive, loving and affirming but have been too afraid to do so and go for it. Pick someone that you need to tell what you really think about something that has been causing pain, anger or frustration and experience the release of that emotion and the satisfaction and the respect of being authentic.

THE VIBERSIZE BIKE

"Wow, a bike with a Vibrator installed" ...

A few weeks ago I was talking to my boyfriend we were working out and he was laughing at me commenting go on how hard my nipples were. They poke through my sports bra every time I’m exercising. We spend a lot of time apart and have to find ways to “not cheat”. It can be quite a challenge, he better be glad he’s worth the wait. While he works out to relieve sexual tension, I attempt to work out to try the same thing and it just makes me hornier. The things that work for guys don’t work for me ,cold showers are useless and half the time playing with myself makes me want a man in my bed even more. A wonderful idea popped in my head……why don’t I install a vibrator in my exercise bike. Well at the time I was joking but the more I thought about this the better it sounded. Could you imagine……now I can exercise and relieve sexual tension, too? It gives me an incentive to work out, adds excitement to my regular boring workout, burns twice as many calories, I'll find myself wanting to work out twice as long, and I'll be able walk away from my workout session feeling pleased and satisfied. Well I've decided that other women might find this useful so look out for it in stores near you.

styles of hair in braids, waves,

curls, fades, weaves, twists, locks, and 'fros

this Expo ain't nothin'
