"BODY WORSHIP" ...

This is a New Year and we invite you to join us in setting a new paradigm. This year we are going to live fully in our bodies. Experiencing them, relishing in them, indulging in them, satisfy them, pampering them and caring for them. This year we ask you participate in blessing our bodies healing our bodies and loving them unconditionally. We are going to Praise our bodies and ask our bodies for forgiveness of the hatred, scorn and disgust we used to constantly heap on them.

This year we are going to be grateful for our bodies. And experience joy of how our bodies look and how amazingly and miraculously well our bodies function. We are going to break the spell of WOMEN BODY HATING, calorie counting, low fat, low carb, guilty eating, eating disorders, diet pills, cosmetic surgery, junk food, processed food and the impossible beauty standards our culture and the advertisers that drive it rams down our throats.

This year we are claiming the right to be real women of every size, shape, color, condition, and age. To be beautiful and perfect in our own skin and to love the skin we are in. today, right here, right now. This year we are blessing our full thighs, hips and buttocks, praise our soft round bellies and accept that body fat is normal, healthy and an essential part of being female, that cellulite is no accident and is not wicked nor gross.

We acknowledge that we are luscious, curvy, voluptuous, female and perfect each and every one of us. This year we are standing in the mirror and praising our bodies. We are lovingly addressing each part and thanking her for how she looks, how well she functions and the fact that she is there. We healing our mental, emotional and spiritual scars around our body image, body hatred, woman hatred. Transforming the psychic warfare that has been waged against our bodies into the impetus for us to lead full, empowered lives as women who create our own nurturing reality and culture.

This year we are going to enjoy eating food guilt free, praising each and every bite. We are going to heal our food addictions and our food depravations and our non-supportive beliefs about we are too fat, too skinny, too short, too tall and all of the infinite variations in between. This year we are emerging victorious and empowered and for the first time living fully inside of our own skin without guilt, or shame or remorse, or fear or anxiety.

We reject the idea that the only perfect size is a zero. We reject the idea that the only beauty is airbrushed advertisements of 18 year old, anorexic white women. We reject the idea that only young women are beautiful, that it is a sin to look like a woman, to be a woman, to act like a woman and to think like a woman. That fake boobs are a necessity and that we must live lives of quiet desperation and constant struggle of diets and guilt.

This year we claim the right to create our own healthy sense of identity of ourselves, womenselves as sensual, delicious and empowered females. We release from our bodies the weight of fear, of rejection, of protection and non-supportive beliefs. We embrace the right of women to move freely, to sweat, to play, to run, to jump, to dance AND be feminine and attractive. We acknowledge that because we have to exercise to be healthy and fit that we are normal and that it is not normal to roll out of bed perfect, ‘thin’, physically fit and healthy through no effort.

This year we invite you to join us as we embark on the Mooniez Secrets ‘Body Worship’ campaign as we heal together and become free to live in our own skin, loving ourselves unconditionally, claiming the right of women to determine who and what defines a woman and beauty and femininity.
